You do not need to contact us to use a feature that your plan includes. For example, `xlarge` needs only the \$100 plan or higher. See [Pricing & Limits](/pricing).

## What to send

* The email address of your Boat account.
* The sandbox ID, for example `bx_23456789`, if one sandbox is affected.
* The command or API call you ran, and the full error text.
* The time it happened, with your time zone.

Do not send API keys, passwords or secret files. We never ask for them.
