You do not need to contact us to use a feature that your plan includes. For example, xlarge needs only the $100 plan or higher. See Pricing & Limits.

What to send

The email address of your Boat account.
The sandbox ID, for example bx_23456789, if one sandbox is affected.
The command or API call you ran, and the full error text.
The time it happened, with your time zone.

Do not send API keys, passwords or secret files. We never ask for them.
